What you will do
- Design and evolve the end-to-end evaluation platform, including automated regression analysis and release quality gates.
- Build and operate a data governance and security layer, ensuring real-time PII masking and least-privilege access for AI agents.
- Develop reusable platform capabilities such as shared SDKs, workflow definitions, and observability instrumentation.
- Drive platform reliability by defining SLA targets and building incident-analysis tooling.
- Identify and integrate ML/LLM approaches to replace brittle rule-based logic within platform sub-problems.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve engineering efficiency and code quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience, with 3+ years operating complex distributed systems in production.
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or Java.
- Proven experience building shared SDKs and microservices using Kubernetes, Docker, and gRPC.
- Deep understanding of database design, high availability, transaction isolation, and observability.
- Experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., Argo Workflows) and automated validation systems.
- Knowledge of secure production-data access patterns and data infrastructure frameworks like Spark, Flink, or Snowflake.
