Art Director (Motion Design)

What you will do

• Develop original content concepts and social-first creative opportunities.
• Create short-form motion graphics, animations, storyboards, clips, GIFs, photos, and social copy for digital platforms.
• Build After Effects templates to increase daily content production.
• Collaborate with design, video, social/editorial, creative, and strategy teams on current and emerging platforms.
• Evolve visual aesthetics while maintaining consistency across brand assets and publishing channels.
• Transform branded photography and video into high-volume social content under rapid timelines.

Requirements

• Extraordinary motion design and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and major social platforms.
• Experience working across social, streaming, AR, music, film, and interactive content formats.
• Ability to manage rapid-fire requests and tight deadlines with a responsible, proactive, and collaborative approach.
• Strong awareness of current design and industry trends.
