What you will do

• Partner with creative leadership to build long-term development plans aligned with product milestones and delivery timelines.
• Formalize production processes, review gates, and communication frameworks across creative and development disciplines.
• Lead, mentor, and grow art, audio, and narrative producers while establishing best-in-class workflows.
• Translate creative direction into executable production plans and coordinate cross-discipline alignment.
• Plan creative capacity, manage resource allocation, and integrate external vendor work into internal pipelines.
• Track risks, facilitate creative deep dives, and ensure required creative materials are integrated into development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience as a game producer.
• 4+ years in a leadership position directly producing a complex live game project.
• Experience leading art, audio, and/or narrative production at scale.
• Strong understanding of creative pipelines and review workflows.
• Experience managing producers or cross-functional teams and mentoring production talent.
• Experience formalizing cross-discipline processes and aligning creative direction with technical and design milestones.

Nice to have

• Experience using production tools such as JIRA for development tracking and reporting.
