TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (eCommerce): Owns a meaningful product area by developing product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps based on retailer needs, data, and commercial context with an accent on customer discovery, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on identifying scalable high-impact opportunities, balancing customer, commercial, and technical trade-offs, and guiding teams through complex and ambiguous decisions.

Location: Newmarket, Auckland, with the option to work remotely or from the office. Remote work from anywhere in the world is available for up to 60 days per year.

What you will do

  • Own a complex product area and develop its strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
  • Work with retailers to identify high-impact problems and scalable growth opportunities.
  • Balance customer needs, commercial considerations, and technical constraints when prioritizing solutions.
  • Provide context and autonomy to engineering and design teams so they can deliver measurable impact.
  • Align stakeholders and executives around priorities, trade-offs, and desired outcomes.
  • Contribute product knowledge and improve practices across the wider Product organization.

Requirements

  • Experience owning a complex technology product or product area with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Experience developing product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps.
  • Proven collaboration with engineers, designers, company leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in complex or ambiguous situations and assess trade-offs.
  • Strong problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and data-informed recommendation skills.
