Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan, five days per week for the full working day. Willingness to relocate to Almaty is required.

What you will do

• Own the product surface for trust, safety, compliance, and anti-fraud.
• Ship GDPR, CCPA, DSR, biometric consent, and EU AI Act compliance flows.
• Develop moderation, NSFW detection, IP checking, C2PA provenance, and watermarking capabilities.
• Build and improve abuse, fraud, identity verification, and payment risk solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, Analytics, and Applied ML.
• Make product decisions under legal ambiguity and deliver features quickly at consumer scale.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian required.
• 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping consumer products at scale with more than 1 million MAU.
• End-to-end production experience with at least one trust, safety, compliance, or anti-fraud surface.
• Strong data fluency and the ability to read data pipelines and specify classifier evaluations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with ML engineers and make decisions involving legal ambiguity.
• Willingness to relocate to Almaty and work on-site five days per week is required.

Nice to have

• Fluent English.
• Fraud, risk, or payments experience with companies such as Stripe, Wise, Revolut, or Adyen.
• Generative AI, user-generated content, or marketplace experience.
• Direct experience with GDPR, CCPA, DSR, C2PA, or the EU AI Act.
• Ex-founder or PM-plus experience in complex cross-functional environments.
