Asset & Liability Manager - Finance Treasury and Credit 100% (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Provide analysis and insights on net interest income, FX impacts, balance sheet dynamics, treasury, and credit topics.
• Lead performance measurement, forecasting, and budgeting for the Group Treasury subdivision.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Treasury P&L, bond portfolio, and investment initiatives.
• Design analytical tools, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data models for Treasury and Credit analytics.
• Automate and optimize reporting processes, including end-to-end credit risk reporting and quality assurance.
• Lead or support strategic Treasury and Credit projects while aligning stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in treasury, credit, or a related financial role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and economic conditions.
• Knowledge of treasury and balance sheet management, counterparty risk, and credit risk principles.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience presenting clear, audience-specific information and building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• CFA or CPA certification.
• Experience with Tableau and intuitive dashboard development.
