What you will do
- Support care management administration.
- Provide nonclinical support for enrollee assessments.
- Evaluate enrollee needs and requirements related to optimal wellness.
- Guide enrollees and families toward appropriate care and well-being resources.
- Perform moderately complex administrative, operational, customer support, and computational assignments.
Requirements
- Must reside in Oklahoma.
- Three years of technical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Administrative support experience in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with care and well-being resources.
- Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions and protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
- Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree.
- Microsoft Access proficiency.
