What you will do

• Research potential speakers, their recent announcements, and business needs.
• Develop persuasive pitches and maintain momentum in long-running speaker discussions.
• Contribute to session concepts, titles, and narrative angles.
• Manage speaker data, confirmation statuses, and complex scheduling for high-profile offices.
• Prepare for pitches and VIP meetings by researching participants and aligning with their goals.
• Travel within China and attend standard event travel.

Requirements

• Native-level Mandarin and fluent English are required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as PR, talent agencies, journalism, events, TV, radio, or high-end hospitality.
• Exceptional writing, presentation, persuasion, and concise communication skills.
• Strong understanding of China’s technology and business ecosystem.
• Fluency with China-specific research and outreach tools, including WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, and Zhihu.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently under pressure.
