What you will do
- Define and lead the data and AI solutions roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
- Own the AI use-case portfolio from discovery and delivery through benefits realization.
- Develop trusted data products and analytics to improve operational performance.
- Improve data readiness, quality, lineage, and governance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to turn business demand into adopted solutions.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of AI, data, analytics, and solution delivery specialists.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, or a related field.
- Leadership experience in AI, data, analytics, or business transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of AI adoption, data governance, and value-led solution delivery.
- Experience delivering AI- or data-enabled transformation across manufacturing or engineering functions.
- Proven experience delivering complex data and AI projects in high-pressure environments.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of gas turbines, particularly in engineering or supply chain.
