What you will do

• Develop next-generation lithography materials and formulations using organic synthesis and polymer chemistry.
• Collaborate with functional groups and customer R&D teams to develop technical solutions and support technology adoption.
• Apply measurement, modeling, and simulation methods to characterize and optimize material performance.
• Resolve technology challenges using scientific, multidisciplinary, and innovative approaches.
• Present technical solutions and innovations to customers and participate in industry and technical conferences.
• Create and secure intellectual property for hirify.global.

Requirements

• M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including preparing technical reports and delivering presentations.
• Effective collaboration skills and willingness to learn from peers.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of analytical technologies.
• Experience with organic or polymer thin-film characterization.
• Experience with design of experiments and statistical data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
