Location: Tirana, Albania; full-time onsite role

What you will do
- Lead the local HR and General Services functions as part of the leadership team.
- Partner with the General Manager on business-critical people priorities.
- Translate the group people strategy into the Albanian business context in collaboration with HR centers in Italy.
- Own workforce planning, budgeting, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Oversee General Services and Health, Safety & Environment activities.
- Coordinate internal and external communications and lead the local team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in international, structured environments, including hands-on startup experience.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong leadership, influencing, relationship-building, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Economics or Humanities.
- Fluent Italian and English are required.
- Experience with Human Capital Management software, strong analytical capabilities, ethical judgment, and professional integrity.
