Product Marketing Engineer (PSP)

Salary: $92,687–$135,940 per year, plus a bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Generate accurate, competitive quotations for capital equipment, upgrades, and retrofit solutions.
• Maintain global pricing frameworks, regional price lists, and margin models for the Precision Surface Processing division.
• Validate configurations and commercial feasibility with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service.
• Manage cost models and bill-of-materials data in ProQuote and SAP.
• Partner with Sales on pricing strategy, lead times, commercial positioning, and high-value proposal reviews.
• Improve pricing governance, data integrity, and quotation cycle times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; a Master’s degree with 3+ years is also acceptable.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, including pricing, material master, and condition records.
• Experience with ProQuote or an equivalent CPQ tool, cost modeling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into commercially executable quotations.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Background in semiconductor capital equipment.
