Game Development Producer (Temporary)

Salary: $33.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage multiple tabletop game development projects, schedules, milestones, budgets, and project status reporting.
• Coordinate daily meetings and collaborate with designers, graphic designers, art directors, sculptors, licensors, and other internal and external partners.
• Maintain project vision documents and ensure final products align with the design vision, budget, scope, and applicable intellectual property.
• Lead internal and external playtesting, provide test components, collect feedback, and improve game balance, usability, rules, and content.
• Assess the production and manufacturing feasibility of game design ideas and coordinate delivery of plastic components.
• Prepare approval files and print-ready layouts in Adobe InDesign while organizing project documentation and files.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in project management, technical writing, desktop publishing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, project management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Familiarity with project management software, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and adapt to change.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, sometimes with little notice.

Nice to have

• Experience with hobby, tabletop, video game, or board game production.
