For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• End-to-end feature and mechanics development, from planning to release (hypothesis formulation, feature design, competitor analysis, mechanic setup, post-launch analysis and iteration).
• Writing clear, comprehensive documentation accessible to all project stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with developers, artists and UI/UX designers (task management, writing technical specs and feature acceptance).
• Game balance calculation and tuning.
• Monetization design and optimization.
• Planning and conducting A/B tests for newly developed features.
• Tracking, planning, and analyzing key project metrics.
• Game data entry and balance configuration.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1+ years of experience as a Game Designer.
• Proven track record of launching and operating casual free-to-play (F2P) titles.
• Deep knowledge of the F2P mobile market and current industry trends.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to present ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Openness to feedback and ability to act on constructive criticism.
