AI Operations Engineer (Finance & Business Operations)

What you will do

• Define and implement operational playbooks for AI-native company workflows.
• Build and maintain internal tools using Lovable, AI agents, no-code platforms, and custom code.
• Connect and enrich data across the company stack to power decision-making and automated workflows.
• Deploy and configure AI agent armies to enhance team productivity across Finance, Business Operations, and Legal.
• Optimize AI features within existing tools like Slack, Linear, and Notion.
• Document processes and train the team to become AI power users.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping production-grade workflow automations at scale.
• Strong engineering background with deep understanding of APIs, databases, and system architecture.
• Proficiency in designing data models, writing complex SQL, and building data transformation pipelines.
• Deep familiarity with the AI ecosystem, including LLMs, AI agents, and MCPs.
• High agency and ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks independently.
• English proficiency is required as it is the company language.
