Risk Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Poznań or Warsaw, Poland; hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Identify, assess, monitor, and report operational and ICT risks.
• Prepare and update risk management procedures, policies, risk maps, and process lists.
• Collect and analyze risk data from first- and second-line defense units and identify trends and patterns.
• Conduct vertical testing as part of risk monitoring.
• Manage operational risk events and ICT incidents, including administration of the incident management support system.
• Support business continuity management, periodic testing, collaboration across defense lines, and ICT risk reporting to the regulator.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in risk management.
• College degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of risk management processes and very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of KNF and EBA risk management recommendations and the DORA regulation.
• Fluent professional English and Polish are required.
• Independent and collaborative working style, strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
