Programme Performance Lead (Infrastructure): Overseeing performance, governance, milestones, risks, forecasting, and financial reporting for a major infrastructure programme with an accent on programme controls, stakeholder engagement, and performance analysis. Focus on identifying programme-level issues, managing funding and approvals, and improving reporting and governance across a complex portfolio.
Location: Hybrid — home, office, and site in Glasgow, UK. Due to the secure nature of the project, restrictions relating to UK residency and nationality apply.

What you will do
- Monitor performance across a major infrastructure works programme.
- Review reporting to identify trends, risks, issues, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead programme baseline and milestone reviews, tracking progress and project completion.
- Identify programme-level risks and issues and coordinate effective solutions with stakeholders.
- Manage forecasting, funding requirements, approvals, and financial reporting.
- Prepare programme review documentation and support performance and governance improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in programme management, programme controls, or governance environments.
- Experience with programme performance reporting, forecasting, or financial governance processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- SC Clearance and compliance with UK residency and nationality restrictions are required for the secure project.
