HR Executive

Location: Vietnam (HCMC, Ha Noi, Da Nang); role based in Hanoi

What you will do

• Plan and execute company-wide internal communications, including updates, HR initiatives, policies, organizational changes, events, and employee matters.
• Manage internal communication channels such as email, MS Teams, SharePoint, newsletters, and other relevant platforms; create campaigns and storytelling content.
• Plan employee engagement activities, including events, celebrations, team building, recognition programs, employee campaigns, and culture-building initiatives.
• Act as the key HR contact for Hanoi employees and manage onboarding, offboarding, records, documentation, leave, attendance, benefits, reporting, and other HR administration.
• Coordinate with Finance, Admin, IT, HR leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve employee matters and deliver HR projects.
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, HR, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in internal communications and employee engagement, including creating engaging content and executing communication campaigns.
• Strong writing, storytelling, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Strong Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting technical roles or working in an IT/Technology company.
• Experience managing internal communication channels and employee engagement programs.
• Experience organizing company-wide events, campaigns, or culture-building initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other design and content creation tools.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, or other HR technology.
