3D Generalist Mobile Games

Salary: €1,800–€4,000 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Create high-quality 3D assets for game environments, props, and other visual elements.
• Model, texture, and optimize assets for production.
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to bring concepts to life.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across the project.
• Support scene setup, basic lighting, composition, and visual polish.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and production needs.

Requirements

• Professional experience with the Unity Game Engine.
• Experience creating 3D art for games.
• Strong 3D modeling, texturing, and asset optimization skills.
• Understanding of shape, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and passion for games.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant 3D game art.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in the mobile game industry.
• Understanding of mobile game production pipelines.
