Scheduler / Planner (Semiconductor)

Location: Onsite in Dublin, Ireland, with project delivery at a client site in County Kildare

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P4 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Build schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Establish baselines, critical paths, milestones, and schedule performance metrics.
• Monitor progress, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and create look-ahead schedules, dashboards, and client-facing presentations.
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities, assess the impact of scope changes, and support mitigation and recovery plans.
• Coordinate planning and progress reviews with project managers, engineering disciplines, construction teams, contractors, and client representatives.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of project planning and scheduling experience in industrial, construction, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical environments.
• Experience using Primavera P4 and a strong understanding of project controls and scheduling methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin and at a client site in County Kildare.

Nice to have

• Experience with Intel projects or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of cleanroom construction and high-tech facility projects.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Understanding of earned value management and familiarity with Agile and Lean planning principles.
• PMI, AACE, or equivalent certification.
