Front End Platform Engineer (React)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid model with three days per week in the office at NR7, Náměstí republiky.

What you will do

• Modernize the front-end technology stack and platform as part of the Front-End Infrastructure team.
• Lead the design and implementation of front-end infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to advance front-end CI/CD practices.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI pipelines and front-end testing frameworks.
• Research and adapt new technologies for use in cloud-based networking and security products.
• Define front-end best practices, mentor engineers, and advocate for developer experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of web application development using modern front-end frameworks, preferably React.
• 4+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and experience designing and developing complex web applications.
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture and best practices.
• Experience building and maintaining CI pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Experience maintaining testing frameworks and optimizing CI test runs with Playwright, Cypress, or Vitest.

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL.
