TL;DR
Fullstack QA Engineer (FinTech): Testing and automating an internal Payment Gateway that integrates client platforms with external Payment Service Providers, with an accent on payment lifecycle validation, REST API testing, and Python-based automation. Focus on building CI/CD quality gates, managing PSP test environments and payment data, and validating authorization, refunds, chargebacks, and settlement flows.
Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite for the first 3 months, then hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 remote days

What you will do
- Test an internal Payment Gateway serving as an integration layer between client platforms and external Payment Service Providers.
- Perform manual functional testing of user interfaces and REST web services.
- Design, maintain, and execute automated API tests using Python-based frameworks.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and use results as release quality gates.
- Manage PSP sandboxes, test cards, e-wallets, and related test data.
- Write clear defect reports and track issues using Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in a FinTech or payment environment.
- Strong understanding of authorization, capture, refund, chargeback, settlement, and PSP integrations.
- Experience with manual UI and REST API testing, detailed test cases, and API requests.
- Experience with Python-based automation using Pytest and Requests, plus Postman.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks; familiarity with BDD, Behave or Cucumber, and Gherkin.
- Ability to work from the Minsk office during the initial 3-month onsite period and follow the subsequent hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- UI automation experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience in FX, crypto, or CFD brokerage, or with internal payment gateways and routing layers.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS, GDPR, FCA, or CySEC.
- Experience with JMeter, k6, or Gatling.
