Cyber Assessor/Tutor (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Conduct and lead Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance, and recertification audits against information security, IT service, business continuity, quality, privacy, and AI management system standards.
• Produce high-quality audit reports and follow up on non-conformities through closure.
• Deliver customized training on standard interpretation, internal auditing, and management system implementation.
• Identify risks during audits and support clients in improving their management systems and service value.
• Monitor developments in AI, data security, privacy, information security, IT service, business continuity, and quality management.
• Coordinate with clients, certification decision-makers, and technical experts to maintain objective and efficient audit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in AI, data science, information security, computer science, information technology, management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in information security, IT service management, business continuity, quality management, or a related industry.
• CCAA-registered auditor qualifications in multiple relevant standards, preferably ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001.
• Fluent written and spoken English for reading standards and preparing audit reports and emails.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and client-oriented skills, with willingness to travel frequently.

Nice to have

• Experience acting as a Technical Manager and knowledge of CNAS accreditation rules, product certification, or sector-specific requirements.
• Experience with integrated multi-standard audits, IT auditing, data protection, or GDPR.
• Background in project management, course development, or system implementation in large enterprises.
• Cantonese.
