TL;DR
AI Solutions Engineer (Python/LLMs): Building and scaling AI products with full-stack components, secure APIs, model integrations, automations, and testing, with an accent on production engineering, adoption, and regulated financial environments. Focus on integrating LLMs and AI agents, improving existing codebases, automating workflows, and measuring product usage across teams and markets.
Location: Philippines; candidates must have the appropriate rights and documentation for employment in the Philippines.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain frontend components for AI products using frameworks such as React, Vue, and Next.js.
- Build secure, scalable backend APIs and integrate Anthropic, OpenAI, and other LLMs through prompting, tool use, function calling, and output evaluation.
- Create product features, integrations, automations, scheduled tasks, data ingestion workflows, and health checks.
- Debug and improve production codebases, addressing performance, reliability, usability, localization quality, and technical complexity.
- Scale AI solutions across teams, markets, and regulated environments while incorporating security and compliance requirements.
- Gather requirements, contribute to architecture reviews and code reviews, train business users, and communicate technical updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in AI, software engineering, or a related technical field; the role is not intended for fresh graduates or very junior profiles.
- Hands-on production experience with AI agents, AI applications, or LLM-based solutions.
- Strong experience with Python, LLMs, APIs, databases, and AI platforms or tools.
- Ability to work with existing code and scale established AI products across teams and markets.
- Appropriate rights and documentation for employment in the Philippines are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI chatbots, voice agents, or similar applications.
- Knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or other RPA platforms.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, trading, or a similar industry.
