Embedded SW Developer (C/C++)

Location: Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona, Spain; hybrid setup with one day of remote work per week and regular office attendance.

What you will do

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, release planning, and sprint planning.
• Contribute to embedded software architecture and design decisions.
• Implement secure, high-performance embedded software based on formal designs.
• Participate in architecture and security-focused code reviews.
• Verify and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Drive continuous software process improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Professional experience with Java, C, C++, and Python.
• Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity concepts.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Nexus, or Jenkins.
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M architectures and knowledge of Keil uVision, ARM GCC, or Clang/LLVM.
• Knowledge of CMMI and ASPICE.
