TL;DR
Associate, Designer, MENA (Graphic Design): Creating presentations, digital flyers, emailers, and internal communications materials for employee engagement, learning, wellbeing, culture, and events with an accent on visual storytelling, branding, and clear communication. Focus on adapting designs across formats, applying brand guidelines, building reusable templates, and delivering accurate materials on schedule.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do
- Design PowerPoint presentations, digital flyers, posters, announcements, invitations, emailers, newsletters, banners, and other internal communication materials.
- Develop visual content for employee engagement, learning and development, wellbeing, culture, and internal events.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across formats, platforms, and communication channels.
- Work with People Team stakeholders to understand briefs, objectives, and target audiences.
- Revise designs based on feedback, maintain accurate files and templates, and deliver materials on time.
- Support the creation of reusable templates and visual resources.
Requirements
- Emirati National with a family book is essential.
- 0–1 year of experience in graphic design, visual communications, digital design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy, with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple design requests, meet deadlines, communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and provide a creative portfolio.
