🔍We are looking for a strong VIP Manager with experience in client retention within the Forex industry to develop long-term relationships with high-value players and drive retention and revenue growth in the US market.
✏️Key Responsibilities: 🟠Build and develop long-term relationships with VIP players. 🟠Increase deposits, LTV, and player retention. 🟠Maintain personalized communication with high-value clients. 🟠Work closely with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience. 🟠Analyze VIP player data and key performance indicators to understand player behavior and adjust retention strategies accordingly.
📎Requirements: 🟠Mandatory experience in a Client Retention / Retention Manager role within the Forex industry. 🟠Strong sales and client retention skills. 🟠Proven experience with phone communication and negotiations. 🟠Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 🟠English — C1+ (mandatory). 🟠Strong motivation, ownership, and leadership potential.
🕐Location & Conditions: 🟠US Market. 🟠Remote, Full-Time.
Shift-based schedule:
Day shift — 08:00–20:00
Night shift — 20:00–08:00 🟠Salary: $1,500–2,000 + bonuses. 🟠The company is looking for a strong candidate with leadership potential. In the future, there will be an opportunity to build and lead your own team.
