Software Developer (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain software solutions for a web-based flexible benefits platform.
• Translate product requirements into clean, efficient, maintainable code and contribute to system design discussions.
• Build scalable, secure, and reusable services and features.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Design in agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and squad delivery activities.
• Write unit and integration tests, maintain API contracts and technical documentation, and support debugging and incident resolution.
• Improve engineering practices, architecture, and performance through code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience, ideally in an agile product team.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as C#, .NET Core, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Competence in full-stack development with Angular or React, or backend development with C# and .NET.
• Knowledge of secure coding, code review and refactoring, agile and DevOps collaboration, and unit and integration testing.

• Experience with microservices, databases, and containerized environments.
