TL;DR
Senior SailPoint Architect & Integration Engineer (SailPoint): Defining and implementing identity governance architecture, access models, integrations, and data governance foundations with an accent on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, connector development, and RBAC/ABAC design. Focus on building REST API and event-driven integrations, improving identity data quality and reconciliation, and establishing scalable certification, provisioning, and access approval processes.
Location: Multiple locations; remote and hybrid working options are available. Workation from any location is possible for up to 4 weeks per year in the EU.

What you will do
- Define and document the SailPoint solution architecture, implementation standards, and identity governance processes.
- Translate business requirements into SailPoint Identity Security Cloud capabilities and configurations.
- Design integrations with Entra ID, Active Directory, SAP, enterprise applications, and custom applications.
- Develop and customize connectors, REST API integrations, event-driven integrations, and automated provisioning solutions.
- Design RBAC and ABAC models, entitlement structures, role engineering processes, and access governance.
- Establish identity data quality, certification, segregation-of-duties, access request, and approval frameworks while coaching IAM team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of Identity and Access Management experience and 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, provisioning workflows, identity lifecycle management, and access certifications.
- Deep understanding of RBAC, ABAC, role engineering, entitlement modeling, and access governance.
- Experience with cloud-native integration patterns, REST APIs, custom connectors, event-driven integrations, and automated provisioning.
- Experience migrating from another IGA platform and managing identity data quality and remediation programs.
Nice to have
- SailPoint certifications.
- Familiarity with Entra ID, Okta, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, or SuccessFactors.
