Data Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud-based data solutions for client organizations.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions and align business and IT stakeholders.
• Transform complex data landscapes into reliable data pipelines, analytics solutions, and modern cloud platforms.
• Contribute to data strategy, governance, architecture, integration, modeling, and migration initiatives.
• Support reporting, analytics, AI use cases, and better business decision-making across finance, utilities, and energy projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a similar enterprise data role.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills, with knowledge of data warehouses and modeling concepts such as Kimball, Snowflake, SCD, or Data Vault.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Databricks, Data Factory, Fabric, Data Lake, or Azure DevOps, or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Experience using or implementing AI in internal or client workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, business analysis, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficient English and required knowledge of Dutch and/or French. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Programming experience with Python, PySpark, or similar data-processing languages.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL workflows.
