Webflow Developer (Webflow)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Webflow build, maintenance, and site structure in collaboration with the Website Platform Owner.
• Maintain clean project architecture, including class naming, components, and long-term maintainability.
• Extend Webflow with custom JavaScript and CSS for interactions, animations, and functionality beyond native features.
• Translate marketing briefs from Performance Media, Demand Generation, and Brand & Content into pages and site sections.
• Monitor site speed and technical SEO, applying performance best practices and resolving issues.
• Identify technical debt and bugs proactively while advocating for crawlability, including AI crawler accessibility.

Requirements

• Hands-on production experience with Webflow.
• Strong custom JavaScript and CSS skills, including work beyond Webflow's native toolset.
• Strong knowledge of semantic HTML5 markup and content structure for browsers and crawlers.
• Experience with multilingual websites, localisation, CMS structure, and page architecture.
• Understanding of technical SEO, crawlability, search performance, and performant animation libraries such as GSAP.
• Experience working from marketing briefs and translating Figma designs into pixel-accurate builds.
