Sr. Engineer - EDR | Onsite, Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India; work from office 3 days per week

What you will do

• Implement and maintain endpoint, identity, security, compliance, governance, and data protection controls.
• Configure and manage M365 security capabilities, including Intune, MFA, Conditional Access, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Purview, and DLP.
• Monitor synchronization, system health, application and configuration settings, policies, custom rule sets, and historical performance data.
• Provide recommendations to customer security teams on global policy changes and security improvements.
• Lead the development and governance of Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions while driving low-code automation adoption.
• Support 24/5 operations and 24x7 on-call activities, including shift handovers, operational guidance, support, and escalation.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience with CrowdStrike and M365 Defender, including Intune, MFA, Conditional Access Policy, and Entra ID.
• Understanding of EDR/XDR tools such as SentinelOne, Cortex, Netskope, MCAS, and DLP.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working in large-scale environments and applying security-by-design and architecture-level security concepts.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication, negotiation, relationship-building, consensus-building, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Availability for 24/5 shifts, on-call support, and work from the office 3 days per week in Bangalore.
