What you will do

• Communicate with Japanese clients, stakeholders, and team members by email, phone, and in meetings.
• Translate and interpret Japanese to and from English or other business languages as required.
• Prepare and understand Japanese business documents, reports, and presentations.
• Support Japanese projects and coordinate with Japan-based teams.
• Handle business conversations while maintaining accurate communication and professional Japanese language standards.

Requirements

• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or N3 minimum; JLPT N1 preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Japanese reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Understanding of Japanese business etiquette and workplace culture.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Practical Japanese business communication experience.
• Experience working with Japanese clients or teams.
