What you will do
- Manage hiring reports and the promoter database.
- Review promoter vendor partnerships and coordinate with vendors working with Indodana.
- Compile promoter interview and training schedules.
- Monitor the promoter fulfillment process and training registration.
- Monitor consequence management for promoters and recommend necessary actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Basic understanding of administrative processes.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Administrative work experience.
