Software / Senior Software Engineer, Mobile Growth (Mobile): Building reliable mobile growth features and supporting systems for onboarding, referrals, acquisition, engagement, notifications, and experimentation with an accent on consumer-facing engineering, user journeys, and measurable growth impact. Focus on instrumenting funnels, analysing conversion and retention metrics, integrating AI-assisted development tools, and leading projects from problem definition through launch and iteration.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; current right to work in Singapore required, with no visa sponsorship

What you will do
- Design, build, test, and maintain reliable mobile growth features and supporting systems.
- Own engineering work across problem definition, implementation, launch, monitoring, measurement, and iteration.
- Develop onboarding funnels, referral programs, acquisition journeys, engagement mechanics, notifications, and experimentation frameworks.
- Instrument user journeys and analyse metrics to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Business Development, data teams, and regional stakeholders to translate growth objectives into engineering solutions.
- For senior-level hires, lead projects, guide technical decisions, and support other engineers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience; greater depth and independent project ownership are expected at the Senior level.
- Production mobile application development experience with iOS technologies such as Swift or Objective-C, or Android technologies such as Kotlin or Java.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, system design, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
- Experience building consumer-facing products and understanding the relationship between engineering decisions, user experience, and business outcomes.
- Ability to work with user journeys, funnels, conversion, retention, and measurable impact.
- Current right to work in Singapore and no requirement for visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile attribution and MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork.
- ASO experience with App Store Connect or Google Play Console.
- Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, anti-fraud layers, or large-scale A/B experimentation frameworks.
- Backend experience with growth APIs, attribution pipelines, or notification infrastructure.
- Background in fintech, crypto, regulated consumer financial products, or operations across US, EEA, and APAC markets.
