AI Business Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia — hybrid work model with regular office presence expected, especially during ramp-up or when required by the leader.

What you will do

• Map high-friction operational workflows and prioritize opportunities for AI augmentation and automation.
• Design, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered workflows using Claude Code/Codex, n8n, Make, Zapier, and LLM APIs.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and operational leaders to improve speed, accuracy, and capacity without adding headcount.
• Build and maintain Metabase dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify anomalies.
• Support operational readiness for product launches and create instrumentation or data pipelines with Engineering.
• Document processes and develop an internal playbook for using AI in operations.

Requirements

• Experience at a top consulting firm such as Bain, BCG, or McKinsey, or in comparable professional services or high-velocity startup environments.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI automation and augmentation solutions for operations.
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally in LatAm fintech, payments, or high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on no-code or low-code workflow automation experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Experience with CRMs, support-triage systems, data warehouses, BI tools, and LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Strong SQL, analytical, communication, structured-thinking, and execution skills. Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Basic Portuguese proficiency or willingness to learn it.
• Independent analytical work using Metabase, SQL, or Python.
• Good sense of humor.
