AI Business Operations Expert (AI automation and operations): Designing, deploying, and scaling enterprise AI-powered workflows that replace manual processes and improve operational decision-making with an accent on workflow automation, LLM APIs, dashboards, and data infrastructure. Focus on mapping high-friction processes, building agent-based systems with N8N and Databricks pipelines, and measuring enterprise-wide impact across Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with regular office presence expected, especially during ramp-up or when required by the leader

What you will do
- Map complex operational workflows and prioritize opportunities for AI augmentation.
- Design, deploy, and iterate AI-powered workflows using N8N, Claude Code/Codex, and LLM APIs.
- Implement agent-based and rule-based automation with leaders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase to track KPIs and detect anomalies.
- Partner with Product and Product Marketing on operational readiness for feature launches.
- Identify data gaps and collaborate with Engineering on instrumentation and Databricks pipelines.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the hybrid São Paulo, Brazil setup.
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field.
- Expert experience architecting and scaling enterprise AI automation systems.
- Advanced hands-on experience with N8N, Make, or Zapier.
- Experience with CRMs, support triage systems, data warehouses, BI platforms, LLM APIs, SQL, and Metabase.
Nice to have
- Independent analytical work using Python.
- Experience in a LatAm fintech, payments, high-growth B2B SaaS company, consulting firm, or high-velocity startup.
- A good sense of humor.
