TL;DR
RF Analyst and Operator - Mid (RF): Analyzing and conditioning digital RF data and combining information from multiple sources to support operational requirements with an accent on RF operations, data validation, and time-critical intelligence analysis. Focus on assessing system capabilities, validating analytical methodologies, identifying actionable information, and providing recommendations during 24/7 shift operations.

Location: Alice Springs, Australia; 100% onsite

What you will do

  • Assess system requirements and capabilities with requirements managers, operators, and other analysts.
  • Gather information from multiple sources and analyze current and new data.
  • Validate analytical methodologies and data-processing approaches.
  • Develop innovative solutions supporting operational requirements.
  • Provide time-critical recommendations and actionable information to support customer decisions.

Requirements

  • Hold a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or Australian PA clearance.
  • Have 4+ years of experience with digital RF detection and conditioning.
  • Knowledge of RF operations activities.
  • Ability to work a 24/7 shift rotation.
  • Ability to obtain timely medical and psychological clearance.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Nice to have

  • Experience with RF operations and advanced digital RF detection techniques.
  • Experience using specialized government tasking, operations, exploitation, analysis, and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of information requirements and oversight policies.
  • Ability to identify and document system anomalies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a STEM-related field.
