TL;DR
Site Manager (Secret Clearance) (Aviation Operations): Managing transient aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure operations in Jordan with an accent on flight line safety, regulatory compliance, and 24/7/365 operational continuity. Focus on supervising flight line personnel, coordinating with U.S. Government and Air Force stakeholders, and sustaining mission readiness in an austere environment.

Location: Jordan; onsite at an assigned location within the Southwest Asia Area of Responsibility

hirify.global delivers Southwest Asia Transient Aircraft Services and other base-operation support under the AFCAP V Program for the U.S. Air Force and Coalition Forces.

What you will do

  • Manage daily transient aircraft arrival, marshaling, parking, servicing, turn-around, and departure operations.
  • Lead, supervise, mentor, and schedule flight line personnel to maintain 24/7/365 coverage, including surge and contingency operations.
  • Enforce flight line safety, FOD prevention, tool control, environmental, quality, and airfield compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate tasking, priorities, resources, equipment, vehicles, maintenance, and logistical support.
  • Inspect and audit work, monitor performance trends, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and produce accurate operational reports, staffing records, metrics, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in aviation operations, aircraft maintenance, or Transient Aircraft Services.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multi-site or regional flight line operations.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or Department of Defense aviation operations and supervising teams in high-tempo environments.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft ground handling, servicing procedures, airfield operations, safety requirements, Technical Orders, and maintenance documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing Transient Aircraft Services operations at Prince Sultan, Al Udeid, Al Dhafra, Ali Al Salem, or Muwaffaq Salti Air Base.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. Air Force Transient Aircraft Services operations.
