Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead (Logistics & Supply Chain Management)

Location: Remote, based in Mexico or Brazil

Compensation: $30–$36 per hour

What you will do

• Lead business process workshops with logistics, supply chain, procurement, and operations stakeholders.
• Own functional configuration for Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.
• Lead the Indirect Procurement value stream and translate workshop outcomes into a standard-first system design.
• Configure and maintain Oracle article and item master structures for fashion and apparel use cases.
• Support ETL migration of item, article, inventory, master, and historical data from the client’s legacy ERP.
• Own integration design between Oracle Fusion, Shopify, warehouse management systems, and adjacent Oracle Fusion modules.

Requirements

• Experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Lead with expertise in logistics and supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.
• Experience leading greenfield implementations and configuring systems according to Oracle standards.
• Experience with business requirements, functional design, configuration documentation, and testing.
• Must be based in Mexico or Brazil and work remotely in a nearshore delivery model.
• Business English, spoken and written, is required for direct engagement with client stakeholders and leadership.
