Tutu.ru is a travel service that helps travelers with tickets, schedules, hotels and everything else for trips.

Overview

We are looking for a system administrator. The goal is to support users and their equipment, maintaining a comfortable SLA. The team currently has 5 people, including the team lead.

What you will do

• Install and provide technical support for user workstations (including remote support) — laptops/PCs with Windows 11, MacOS. Provide assistance to users upon request and consultations.
• Support office equipment (IP phones, MFUs, etc.).
• Replace consumables, diagnose faulty equipment, and communicate with service centers.
• Install structured cabling systems as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and configuration of network equipment.

Requirements

• Relevant experience of 2 years or more.
• Extensive knowledge in Windows/MacOS environments.
• Understanding of basic services and principles of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP networks.
• Knowledge of Linux, Atlassian stack would be a plus.
• Proactivity and a desire to help people.
