Accounts Payable Analyst - Part Time, 3 days

What you will do

• Validate, process, and record invoices across AI solutions and ERP systems.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and investigate discrepancies with procurement, operations, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Process high invoice volumes accurately within tight deadlines.
• Reconcile supplier statements, resolve queries, and maintain a clean and controlled ledger.
• Run weekly payment batches and allocations, and support month-end close activities including accruals and reporting.
• Maintain supplier relationships, protect financial information, and identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an accounts payable role, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Methodical, diligent, and able to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data management.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
