What you will do

  • Manage daily office administration, including filing, mail, visitor and phone handling, facilities coordination, supplies, equipment, and vendor files.
  • Prepare dealer authorization letters, sales project agreements, express deliveries, and related documentation.
  • Record calls received through the company’s 400 service line in Salesforce.
  • Arrange business travel, hotels, office events, conferences, webinars, and roadshows.
  • Oversee market-access activities to support the availability of hirify.global electrodes and TMS catheters for sale in China.
  • Maintain the Sunshine Procurement service platform and support marketing projects, inventory management, vendors, and event timelines.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of work experience preferred, with a basic understanding of business administration.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight timelines, coordinate complex schedules and travel arrangements, and work independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
