Location: Stamford, Connecticut, or another designated NBC Sports location; hybrid with a minimum of four office days per week. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and travel domestically and internationally, including extended Olympic event assignments.

What you will do
- Support workforce planning and daily technical crew scheduling for Olympic Games, Olympic Trials, and year-round Olympic sports productions.
- Coordinate crew assignments, staffing changes, schedule updates, resource allocation, and coverage across events and venues.
- Maintain accurate employee, crew, position, venue, event, and assignment data in scheduling and workforce management systems.
- Prepare crew schedules, production communications, call sheets, travel information, contact lists, and event documentation.
- Coordinate with production, operations, engineering, human resources, payroll, vendors, freelancers, and other stakeholders to resolve staffing needs and coverage gaps.
- Support onboarding, timekeeping, operational readiness, workforce reporting, payroll review, and post-event analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sports management, media operations, business administration, human resources, event operations, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, operations support, production support, event management, recruiting coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee and operational information with discretion and professionalism.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
Nice to have
- Experience with live sports, broadcast, media, production, engineering, technical operations, or remote production environments.
- Familiarity with workforce management systems, crew scheduling platforms, timekeeping tools, and event staffing processes.
- Knowledge of live production operations, venue operations, Olympic sports, Olympic Trials, or large-scale sporting events.
- Experience working with freelancers, temporary employees, vendors, or project-based workforces.
