Staff Engineer, Diagnostic Development (AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop diagnostics software to validate and stress-test ASICs, boards, and AI compute systems.
• Collaborate with firmware, hardware, ASIC design and verification, software, and manufacturing teams.
• Debug complex system-level issues using JTAG, internal scripts, and hardware interfaces.
• Enhance diagnostics infrastructure for long-term scalability, efficiency, and reuse.
• Support the bring-up and validation of complex SoC hardware in pre-silicon and post-silicon environments.

Requirements

• Strong technical contribution in diagnostics software development and system validation.
• Hands-on experience with hardware-software systems, debugging, and performance stress testing.
• Ability to work effectively across firmware, hardware, ASIC, software, and manufacturing disciplines.
• Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and interest in AI computing and close-to-the-metal development.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior license approval.
