UX Designer (Gaming)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week from the hub

hirify.global is a global video game and interactive entertainment company developing, publishing, and live-operating mobile, web, PC, and console games, including Pokémon GO.

What you will do

• Lead UX design from concept through implementation for player-facing experiences on the Pokémon GO team.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed documentation for interaction flows and development handoff.
• Present UX concepts and prototypes to team members, external partners, and leadership.
• Participate in agile team rituals, feature brainstorming, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Improve and extend existing design system patterns.
• Use user research and player insights throughout design exploration and iteration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX design experience or equivalent, with a portfolio covering mobile applications and responsive web.
• Experience with Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with mobile UX patterns in gaming, fitness, or activity-related products.
• Experience creating implementation-ready UX flows and mockups.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and graphic design principles.
• Strong English language skills are required; the résumé/CV must be written in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with motion design or animation.
