TL;DR
Partner Operations Manager (AI): Onboarding and supporting beta partners using generative music technology across multiple industries with an accent on partner adoption, operational processes, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on building repeatable onboarding systems, resolving technical issues, synthesizing partner feedback, and moving evaluations and contracting forward.
Location: NYC with remote flexibility; weekly office visits are required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Suno is a consumer entertainment product company building an AI-powered creative music platform and partner experiences for studios, agencies, education, health and wellness, and consumer platforms.
What you will do
- Design and run beta-partner onboarding, including account setup, kickoff, enablement, billing, and repeatable process creation.
- Act as the primary day-to-day partner contact, coordinating with Engineering and Support to resolve issues.
- Manage partner program logistics, tracking, open issues, milestones, and next steps.
- Build partner relationships, drive product adoption, and re-engage stalled integrations.
- Collect and synthesize partner feedback into actionable input for Product and Marketing.
- Support commercial activities, evaluations, contracting, case studies, and partner advocacy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, partner operations, technical account management, or program management.
- Experience owning post-sale relationships through onboarding, adoption, and renewal conversations.
- Technical fluency with API concepts, documentation, and clear issue escalation.
- Strong project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create processes and materials in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high autonomy.
- Availability to start immediately and eligibility to work in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with beta, design-partner, or early-access programs.
- Background in creative tooling, media and entertainment, or developer platforms.
