Junior Order Fulfillment Manager

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Group headquarters in Laprake, Tirana, Albania; Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

hirify.global Group operates a technology-enabled used-car trading platform connecting professional partners, dealers, and consumers across Europe.

What you will do

• Remotely manage the used-car delivery network in Germany.
• Balance contracted carriers, charter trucks, and the in-house fleet.
• Build relationships with internal and external logistics partners and support timely vehicle deliveries.
• Maintain order data in the in-house logistics system.
• Improve logistics processes and tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments and logistics centers across Europe.

Requirements

• Confident use of Google Sheets or Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage stakeholders across departments.
• Fluent English at C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Practical experience in logistics or truck fleet management.
• German language skills.
