TL;DR

Location: Sweden; home office or hybrid work is available when located near a hirify.global sales office, with regular travel and on-site customer presence across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Salary: 45,000–53,000 SEK per month for a position based in Sweden, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus scheme.

What you will do

  • Provide continuous technical support and process optimization for customers across Scandinavia.
  • Apply application expertise to solve process challenges and implement new solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify value-creation and business-growth opportunities in retention, sizing, and strength chemistry.
  • Support strategic growth projects and maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Enable knowledge transfer and succession planning within the team.
  • Strengthen technical coverage through regular travel and customer-site presence.

Requirements

  • Academic background or education in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of relevant practical experience and strong expertise in retention, sizing, and strength chemistry.
  • Deep understanding of customer processes and experience in technical service, process optimization, application support, and laboratory investigations.
  • Ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams to optimize processes and deliver value.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel in Sweden and occasionally elsewhere in Scandinavia.
