Data & Analytics Lead / Product Owner (Azure)

Location: Breda, The Netherlands; 4 days per week in the office. Travel abroad 4–5 times per year.

What you will do

• Deliver data solutions on the Microsoft Azure and Fabric data platform and the BizTalk/Azure integration platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data products.
• Support the Product Manager with product vision, roadmap definition, and prioritization.
• Maintain a prioritized agile backlog and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Monitor solution quality and performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Gradually take ownership of product vision, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in analytics, integration, data platforms, BI, or a related data landscape.
• Experience with data analytics tools, data science concepts, and cloud platforms.
• Exposure to agile ways of working or Product Owner responsibilities, or strong motivation to grow into the role.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proactive mindset and ability to bridge business and technology.
• Willingness to work from the Breda office 4 days per week and travel abroad occasionally.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Data Governance experience with Microsoft Purview.
• Other European languages.
